KhetiBolo is a technology marketplace intended to connect farmers with independent farm equipment/service providers. KhetiBolo does not own the machines and is not the equipment operator unless separately stated in writing.
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their registration, machine condition, lawful operation, operator competence, permits, insurance where applicable, pricing, punctuality and compliance with applicable laws.
Farmers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, field/location information, access conditions, payment commitments and any permissions required for the work.
Automatic matching is a recommendation based on information supplied by users, such as machine type, district and stated availability. A match does not guarantee availability, price, quality, completion or suitability. Final acceptance should be confirmed by the parties.
We may collect name, mobile/WhatsApp number, village, district, state, farm location, service requirements, provider equipment and availability, booking details and transaction status. We use this information for registration, matching, communication, support, security, records and service improvement.
Personal information should be shared only as necessary to provide the requested service, such as connecting a farmer and suitable provider. We do not promise absolute security or zero risk. We use access controls and database policies intended to reduce unauthorized access.
Users should provide accurate information and may request correction or deletion subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and operational retention requirements. For a deletion/correction request, contact KhetiBolo through the contact channel shown on the website.
When the administrator enables paid service, applicable fees will be shown before payment. Refunds, cancellations and gateway terms will be communicated before charging. No payment should be considered completed merely because a booking was created.
KhetiBolo should use Supabase Row Level Security, least-privilege permissions and server-side secrets for administrative/payment operations. Never publish a Supabase service-role/secret key in the website code.
